Telecommunications E-COMmERCE

Manitoba Telecom Services is the leading telecommunications company in the Canadian province of Manitoba. The company provides video service, as well as local telephone service, cellular communication and group communication networks. The client needed help adding a new e-commerce solution to their existing website. I was designated design lead on this project and together with a small team, we worked closely with MTS to conduct stakeholder interviews and define design principles that, in turn, guided the creation of prototypes and test screens for a number of varied online purchase flows.
