Apex Learning

Learning Management System (LMS) - Web App

Apex Learning is the leading provider of blended and virtual learning solutions to the nation's schools. This web app was created to allow users a simple way to manage and access enrollments, classrooms, courses and tutorials. The client wanted a complete redesign of the existing LMS. I was solely responsible for creating Axure prototypes, IA, UI/UX and visual design. I added interactive charts and widgets to correlate student achievement with actionable data, as well as new features like the 'Actions' button and 'My Dashboard' and 'Overview' pages. This project was tricky because we had to maintain some aspects of the existing site in conjunction with the design and implementation of entirely new functionality throughout the development cycle.
